Welcome to the Arkansas Matters Initiative!

My name is Caleb Parker, and I founded the Arkansas Matters Initiative because growing up, I saw the disparities that were evident in communities around the state. My goal is to help people change their own lives. I want to show people the way to improve their situations. My organization can and will do that through professional development and education about the modern workforce.

These blogs will serve as a weekly check-in from me to you, and they could cover anything from new job listings or events we are hosting to a new cover letter tip. I may even just come at you with some inspiration sometimes.

I know this state has so much potential, and I cannot wait to see where this journey takes us.
